The therapist uses forearm with body weight techniques to maximise the movements over the body. This massage is a more intense body experience. This revolutionary and unique massage uses naturally self-warming Tiger Clam Shells to deliver a seamless treatment tailored to suit your individual needs. During a Lava Shell Massage, the therapist uses real shells to gently massage your body. The heat comes from inside the Lava Shells due to a mixture of minerals and algae with salt water and essential oils. When they are combined inside the shell, it creates a chemical reaction that causes heat for up to two hours. Thai Poultice Massage is a technique that involves special poultices made of herbs and spices that are wrapped in muslin and steam-heated. Steam heating allows the natural essential oils and aromas of the herbs and spices to be released. This massage helps reduce muscle tension and body aching. Relieves numbness and inflammation of the muscles and tendons. Improves sleep, balances fat metabolism and maintains healthy skin. Whilst offering comfort, the poultices also work with the body’s natural energy to promote harmonisation of the body’s energy flow. They do this by loosening energy blockages and stimulating blood circulation. You can also take the poultices home with you and keep for 2 weeks, to be used for bathing or to scent your home.

Warm Bamboo Massage (Deep tissue)

Originally from Asia and gaining popularity in the UK, this new therapy is wonderful to have if you like deep tissue work. It leaves you feeling relaxed and energised and with a sense that your muscles have been stretched, warmed and elongated.

Warm bamboo massage uses solid bamboo sticks of different lengths and diameters to massage the body. The sticks are gently warmed and applied to give deep and long massage strokes to break down tension and stretch tight muscles.

This treatment especially works well for runners and cyclists experiencing tightness in their legs, feet and IT band.

Heavenly Feet / Foot Therapy

This soothing foot therapy is heavenly. You will truly walk out floating.

Hot towels are placed on feet, followed by a luxurious cooling foot mask. You will be transported into a state of relaxation as your feet are soothed in heated booties. Hands and feet are then massaged and warm bamboo sticks are pressed on pressure points relieving tension, aches and pains to tired feet. Finished with a relaxing scalp massage.
